• To answer the owner. Word of mouth is the best positive review and trust me I’ve done that . I’ve rooted for you guys since the first day I came here but hey. Piles of rice ? lol you do not serve piles of rice . And I clean up after myself not just your floors as it’s not my job or to care that I dropped food on the floor - never did never will .again 16 years in the business and for you to say some shit like that shows that you don’t know the business . Let me remind you of what closes most places in 2 years / POOR management. As I said before - the front desk lady has an attitude and I stick to it . The second time I came to your establishment I made the comment “ o you are in a better mood today “- from there I’ve seen her roll her eyes at customers on the phone in front of other customers etc . Thanks for the coloring book - that was sweet and part of hospitality but not necessary. I absolutely clean up after myself - maybe not the 12 pieces of rice that fall on the floor because it’s YOUR job to take care of that . But by your answer all I can say is GOOD LUCK! 10/10! My fiancé and I just got off our flight and were looking for a macro friendly lunch. We both got the garlic chicken lunch special which came with vegetables and rice. The seasoning was top tier on everything. Customer service was also great. The girl up front and the owner were so nice and generous. Wish we had this place back home, we’d be here at least once a week!

All I wanted was some SEASONING. And healthy food near Fort Lauderdale. And guess what… I FOUND IT. Healthy food that’s SEASONED and tastes good. And they’re not taxing! For the price I paid, I got a generous portion! A Caribbean Style influenced healthy place is so South Florida! This place made me feel like my auntie cooked it but without me feeling the comfort or slumped afterwards. The juices taste so FRESH and they also don’t overcharge like the other corporate healthy juicieries around the area. The service was very Caribbean style too! Don’t expect the fake friendliness! It’s a true South Florida healthy spot. So happy I came here for lunch today! I’ll be back

So so so very good! My boyfriend and I got two plates. I had the honey garlic salmon and he had the honey garlic chicken. Everything was cooked to perfection and so flavorful!! In the area it’s hard to find good food while being fair in pricing. This small business packs a big punch in both flavor and affordability!! I’m currently begging my boyfriend to stop eating my salmon cause I love it so much 😫 (we are sharing both plates). Along with a full meal, the lunch special includes a drink and a fruit bowl OR a smoothie. I went with a strawberry banana smoothie 10/10, while my boyfriend went with the lemon ginger splash drink and a fruit bowl 20/10 (and we don’t even like ginger like that). I’m so excited to have found this place. I love that it is a healthy meal I can feel good about. Inside the restaurant it’s super cute and welcoming. There isn’t a sign yet but it’s right next to the Dunkin Donuts. Please consider giving them a try! Apparently they also offer meal plans! Thank you so much for giving me an incredible meal, I look forward to coming back and trying more.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I was not disappointed! The staff was super friendly as soon as I walked in, and the wait wasn’t long at all. I ordered the steak and salmon lunch special and swapped the drink and fruit bowl for a smoothie. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly. The steak was tender, the salmon had a really good flavor, and the portions were excellent for the price. The smoothie was also so good. You can tell it was made with fresh ingredients. It didn’t taste sweet nor watered down. This definitely feels like a hidden gem, and I love that it’s so close to where I live. I’ll be back soon.
